Rachel McCall BSc PIEMA – Director
Rachel has more than 15 years’ experience in development and construction phases of energy generation and cable projects in the UK and overseas. Her expertise includes site selection and feasibility studies, consenting and environmental compliance, environmental impact assessment at the strategic and project levels, marine surveys and project development, including drafting of text and materials for bids.
Rachel is also an experienced leader who has managed teams of expert consultants to provide consenting and environmental advisory services in onshore and offshore energy generation and power transmission.
Project direction, management and technical lead roles include Strategic Environmental Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment, Habitat Regulations Assessment, Water Framework Directive Assessment, Marine Conservation Zone Assessment, project development, procurement and tender evaluation, and stakeholder consultation and engagement.
Lisa Jones BSc MSc – Director
Lisa has more than 10 years’ regulatory and operational experience in the nuclear sector. This includes permitting compliance, environmental regulation, environmental management, inspection & audit, independent assurance and peer review.
She has performed a technical lead role and project managed independent assurance activities on a high-profile national infrastructure project that included leading the independent assurance of the Development Consent Order application, Environmental Permits, and the environmental management system.
Lisa has also worked as an Environment Advisor at a decommissioning nuclear site.
