After contaminated land was found on the development site during Site Investigation works, we produced the Contamination Management Plan that was then agreed with the Local Planning Authority that enabled construction to proceed in a safe way. 

We undertook site audit whilst construction was ongoing to ensure that safe and agreed practices were being adhered to and worked with the site contractors and developer to ensure that processes were put in place to safeguard personal safety and minimise environmental impact whilst reducing the risk of project delays.
